Planning is so important – in every phase of the business! But we don’t have to get caught up in having that plan ready to take to the bank…just enough to keep us on track. Some days that plan could be hazy…other days it will be crystal clear.
Being able to rely – consistently – on that plan, hazy or not helps so much!
