Congruence – The one special something you need to cultivate

29 June
Remembering speechlessly we seek the great forgotten language, the lost lane-end into heaven, a stone, a leaf, an unfound door.

Inner Ecology

Just as important it is to have balance and harmony in nature for a healthy thriving physical ecology, it is equally important to have balance and harmony in the ‘inner ecology’ or your interior landscape as a a business owner.  When balance and harmony are present it breeds attraction, appreciation, respect and promotes a positive and long lasting relationship with you and your clients.

Having this balanced inner ecology is often what is missing in business.  As transformational entrepreneurs you love your work, you pour your heart and soul into your work and your business, and everyone who enters into this feels your inner glow.     This pouring of your heart into your business brings the sheer joy of sharing, which create the kind of environment that is clear to customers and they feel it and respond positively to this.

Your inner ecology or in other words congruence is what the balance is between what you do and what makes you tick.  Who you are and how well do you truly know thyself.  What motivates you?  Are you following your dreams?  What are you passionate about?  The more you understand what makes you tick, the more present and available you will become in life and in your business.

This presence and availability of congruence with you and your work energizes those around you and produces a harmonious environment that is harmonious with your passion.  The energy flow must be congruent in order for you to attract and stimulate what you want in your business.  This inner congruence will stimulate the energy, inspiration, collaboration, honesty and self-confidence to grow your business.

What I have found working women is often money does not come into the equation because there is an in-congruence between making a contribution and spirituality and receiving for what they love doing.   My clients give so much of themselves in their work, and feel totally passionate about what they give, but when it comes to business something happens.  There are doubts, fear and vulnerabilities which then can disrupt your energy around what you are wanting to achieve.  So the flow and congruence dies.

How much do you believe that you business will bring you the riches you desire?  When you think about this what feelings come up for your?     How much of this harmony are you actually practicing in your own daily life?

  • Cultivate your own natural wisdom to solve your clients’ problems and have the faith in yourself that you can do this.
  • Let go of resentments that no longer serve you and your business.
  • Handle what is happening now and you will take the next step closer.
  • Trust this and make sure you take it whatever the next step is.

By getting to know yourself better (not just help others getting to know themselves better) you start to see the transformation yourself and the attraction of all the amazing possibilities within your reach.  You will have greater access to the wealth of natural wisdom that is within you and guides you on your journey.
